You’ve heard a picture is worth a 1,000 words? In book marketing there was never a more useful adage. Whether you’re scheduling a live event such as a speaking appearance, creating a blog entry or posting content to social media always improve your chances of increasing your reading audience by representing yourself and your book visually; i.e. use an image of your book cover, share your book trailer or circulate a picture of you, the author.
