A FEW WORDS FROM THE AUTHOR
I swear, as I get older I see more; I feel more and I hear more, not better just more. I look at children with different eyes than when I was younger. Their mistakes are all little now whereas their moments of success are grander.
The day after Christmas while my great grandson was visiting I caught a glimpse of him running down the hallway towards my 92 year old mother’s room. He was in such a rush that he slipped and fell but undeterred he rose and ran into her room. I followed quietly behind him not wanting to slow him down or change his direction. When I reached her room I found the two of them in a familiar pose, both happy with the other.
