Ole Mister Johns’ house is the last one standing in a neighborhood filled with new condominium developments.
Mr. Johns’ house was the only one left on the block, as every other old house had been torn down and replaced by a condominium complex. His house, alone with the old fire station, stood proudly anchoring the neighborhood in its past importance.
Little John is Ole Mr Johns’ great grandson.
Ole Mr. Johns loved that boy like no other. The time they spent together and the tales he could tell him were priceless. And little John would listen too, asking questions, and giving Ole Mr. Johns a dear smile to hold onto until his next visit.
The Lessons of Ole Mister Johns teaches youngsters about manners, honor and trust.
